In short
Each SongSailor order is a personalised digital product, custom-made for you. Once the full song has been delivered it is non-refundable. But if you're not fully happy with the result, we'll keep working on it — unlimited changes until you love it.
Try before you pay
Every order starts with a free 60-second preview and a full lyrics review. You can edit the lyrics, request changes or ask for a complete rewrite — all before paying a penny. This is the best moment to make sure the song is heading in the right direction.
After delivery
Because each song is created uniquely for you, the full song is non-refundable once delivered. However, if anything is off — wrong lyric, wrong vibe, missing detail — just tell us and we'll revise it. Unlimited changes until you're happy. Most issues are resolved within a day or two.
Right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or personalised digital content once supply has started, which you acknowledge by placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.
Technical issues
If something goes wrong on our end — for example, your order was charged but no song was ever delivered — contact us and we will either resolve the issue or refund you in full.
