Teacher/Weather/Holiday Cancellations: There are no lessons when area public schools are closed for inclement weather or have early release for the same reason. Regular school holidays and no-school days may have lessons if planned in advance. Group classes will have a cancelled class day made up at the end of the session as an additional class.  If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, the payment will be rolled to the next unpaid lesson.

The teacher reserves the right to ask a student to withdraw from a session if it does not seem to be a good fit. Ensemble tuition refunds are given prorated within the first two rehearsals unless otherwise stated on the registration form or class description. After the second rehearsal tuition refunds are not given.
